We are seeking an experienced and proactive Brand & Marketing Associate to join our team. This role is pivotal in shaping, executing, and optimizing brand and marketing strategies across multiple channels and brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and cross-channel coordination.
Job Descriptions:
Team Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Work closely with creative teams to integrate content and creative assets effectively.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Lead & Manage Multiple Brands & Product Marketing
- Oversee and manage marketing strategies across various brands, ensuring each brand’s unique identity and goals are met.
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing plans that align with brand positioning and market demands.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to refine product and brand strategies.
- Align brand and product messaging with company vision and target audience needs.
Lead & Manage Event Marketing Initiatives
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and partners to amplify marketing initiatives impact.
- Manage event operations and ensure seamless execution to maximize ROI.
Lead & Manage Digital Marketing Initiatives
- Manage daily digital marketing activities across social media, paid ads, SEO, and other channels.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital platforms.
- Monitor and optimize digital channel performance through data-driven analysis and adjustments.
Deliver Insightful Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare weekly summaries highlighting key marketing metrics.
- Develop comprehensive monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Use data analytics tools to track ROI and inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in brand management or integrated marketing roles, preferably in marketing or creative agency field.
- Proven experience in Brand Management with the ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
- Proven experience in Product Marketing with the ability to develop and execute product marketing strategies, including market research, product positioning, and go-to-market planning.
- Proven experience in Event Marketing the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute successful brand events and influencer partnerships that drive engagement and visibility.
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing with the ability to manage digital marketing channels such as social media, paid advertising, SEO, and email marketing, with a focus on optimizing performance and ROI.
- Experience leading or mentoring a marketing team and working cross-functionally with creative, sales, and product teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Psychology is a plus.
- Experience in the employment and career development niche is a plus.
- Experience creating content and campaigns about systemic issues is a plus.
