Deskripsi pekerjaan Brand & Campaign Lead Winged Savior

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Brand, Campaign, Communications, or Social Media Management.

• Proven experience in developing and executing integrated branding, campaign, and social media strategies.

• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.

• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

• Strong understanding of social media strategy, content planning, platform analytics, and audience engagement.

• Experience managing websites, influencers, media partnerships, and digital communications.

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Familiar with Meta Business Suite. Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads is an advantage.

• Creative, strategic, proactive, and passionate about social impact.

The Brand & Campaign Lead is responsible for leading the Foundation’s brand, campaign, and creative initiatives to strengthen public awareness, donor engagement, fundraising efforts, and the Foundation’s overall reputation. This role oversees the Foundation’s branding, creative direction, digital presence, campaigns, website, influencer and media partnerships, while leading the creative team and coordinating external vendors to ensure consistent and impactful communications across all channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Brand Strategy

• Develop and implement the Foundation’s overall brand strategy.

• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all communication channels.

• Strengthen the Foundation’s public image, credibility, and brand awareness.

• Establish and maintain brand guidelines and communication standards.

2. Campaign Strategy

Plan and execute integrated campaigns for:

• Fundraising Campaigns

• Child Sponsorship Campaigns

• Education Campaigns

• Volunteer Recruitment

• CSR Partnerships

• Public Awareness Campaigns

• Seasonal Campaigns

Lead the entire campaign lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and evaluation.

3. Creative Direction & Design Management

• Lead the Foundation’s creative direction and visual storytelling.

• Develop monthly creative concepts and communication themes.

• Review and approve all creative assets, graphic designs, and communication materials.

• Ensure consistency in branding, visual identity, typography, layout, and design across all digital and offline platforms.

• Collaborate with the Content Creator to develop engaging visual content while maintaining the Foundation’s brand standards.

4. Website Management

Oversee for the Foundation’s website content and communication, including:

• Website content planning

• Landing pages

• Campaign pages

• News & Articles

• Program updates

• Donation pages

• Sponsor Child pages

• Coordinate with freelance Website Developer

• Improve website user experience and donor journey

• Ensure all website content is always updated

5. Social Media Strategy

• Develop monthly social media strategies aligned with campaign objectives.

• Supervise social media execution across all platforms.

• Review analytics and performance reports.

• Identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach, and audience growth.

6. Event & Campaign Management

Provide strategic direction and oversee branding and communication for Foundation Event, including:

• Sponsor Gathering

• CSR Events

• PKBM Events

• MPLS

• Charity Campaigns

• School Activities

• Media Visits

• Press Conferences

• Public Events

Responsible include:

  • Develop communication & branding strategies for each event
  • Provide creative direction for primatial material & event campaign
  • Supervise the Charity & Event to ensure all branding, communication and promotional activities are executed effectively

7. Influencer & Media Partnership

• Develop influencer & media partnership strategies.

• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, influencers and media partners.

• Coordinate influencer collaborations and media campaign.

• Prepare creative briefs and monitor campaign deliverables.
