Brand Ambassador (Mandarin Speaker)
Location: Jakarta, Indonesia (on-site, shift-based)
Employment Type: Full-time, 6 positions available
Salary: IDR 13,000,000 – 20,000,000 / month
Working Hours: Rotating shifts, Shift A: Monday–Friday (Saturday overtime with allowance) | Shift B: Tuesday–Saturday (Sunday overtime with allowance)
Languages Required: Mandarin (fluent, mandatory) + English (business proficiency) + Bahasa Indonesia (BIPA Level 4 minimum)
This is an in-person, client-facing role — not a social media or digital ambassador position. Represent Izzo at the highest standard delivering premium client hospitality, professional product presentations, and seamless on-site coordination for high-end guests and brand events. Reports to the Admin Manager.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-end guest reception and hospitality services in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia ,maintaining brand image, controlling event atmosphere, and supporting activity etiquette throughout.
- Develop deep expertise in Izzo's product portfolio and deliver clear, compelling, and professional product presentations that communicate core advantages and brand differentiation to clients.
- Manage onsite coordination across the full event and reception workflow, responding swiftly and calmly to unexpected situations while maintaining a composed and professional presence.
- Support on-site order management, logistics, and material handling to ensure smooth execution of brand activations and daily operations.
- Represent Izzo's brand image with consistency, upholding the highest standards of professional etiquette, personal presentation, and client engagement at all times.
Requirements
- Diploma or above in any field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in 5-star hotel hospitality, luxury retail, or high-end client-facing roles.
- Fluent Mandarin is mandatory , daily communication with Mandarin-speaking management and clients is required.
- Business-level English proficiency; Bahasa Indonesia at BIPA Level 4 or above.
- Well-presented with a professional demeanour, strong etiquette awareness, and the physical stamina to handle full-day on-site events and rotating shifts.
- Possession of an Indonesian national etiquette training certificate is a plus.
