Job Description
- Planning and implementing brand activation strategies every month through offline and online campaigns to raise brand awareness.
- Evaluate the potential effectiveness of each selected event beforehand, with in-depth analysis of relevance and its impact on brand image.
- Plan and execute offline events (exhibitions, pop-ups, community events, etc).
- Communicate clearly with external partners, vendors, and event organizers.
- Compile comprehensive event preparations, including arranging staff coverage, preparing products for display/sale, booth layout, payment procedures at the event, restocking processes, etc.
- Continuously monitor the progress of events and take full responsibility for the smooth running and success of each event.
- Create engaging and memorable brand experiences for visitors.
- Analyze market data and consumer insights to refine offline and online activation strategies and tactics
- Compile detailed reports and evaluations of each event, with the aim of gaining valuable insights for improvements and future development activities.
- Build partnerships with communities and event organizers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in brand activation, event management, brand activation or related fields.
- Experience in creating and executing brand activation campaigns, including events, promotions, and experiential marketing.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing circumstances.
- Ability to think creatively and solve problems quickly in dynamic event environments.
- Willing to work outside of office hours (if needed).
