Key Responsibilities
● Plan and execute brand activation programs (in-store, mall events, and external activations)
● Develop creative activation concepts aligned with brand campaigns and retail objectives
● Coordinate with vendors, Event Organizers (EO), and mall management for smooth execution
● Manage end-to-end event operations, including preparation, on-site execution, and post-event
wrap-up
● Collaborate with internal teams (Marcom, Retail, VM) to ensure consistency across touchpoints
● Handle partnerships with KOLs, influencers, and communities to amplify campaign reach
● Ensure all activations deliver strong customer experience and brand engagement
● Monitor activation performance and prepare post-event reports with insights and recommendations
● Manage timelines, budgets, and operational checklists effectively
Qualifications
● Male/Female, maximum 35 years old
● Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Event Management, or related field
● Proven experience in event organizing, brand activation, or similar roles (retail fashion is a plus)
● Strong interest in events, brand experience, and customer engagement
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
● Willing to work on-site and handle field operations
● Able to work under pressure, tight deadlines, and dynamic environments

● Strong network with vendors, malls, EO, or communities
● Experience handling influencer/KOL collaborations
● Understanding of offline-to-online (O2O) activation strategy
Additional Responsibilities:
• Translate new brand positioning into impactful activation concepts
• Create experience-driven and shareable moments for younger audiences
• Drive offline-to-online engagement (traffic to social media & e-commerce)
• Ensure brand storytelling is consistent across all activation touchpoints
Additional Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of Gen Z & millennial consumer behavior
• Ability to blend heritage (batik) with modern lifestyle trends
• Strategic thinking, not only executional
