Brand Activation
- Execute activation plan made from Head Office
- Explore and manage community and brand partnership opportunities with relevant organizations to support the marketing activations
- Dealing and maintaining relationship with strategic local partners and communities
- Ensure brand consistency across all activations, maintaining brand guidelines and messaging
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring that all activations stay within allocated financial limits
- Generate regular reports and insights to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI
Brand Monitoring
- Monitoring product availability in stores and restocking products as needed.
- Conducting regular checks to ensure shelves and product displays remain neat and appealing
- Reporting the quantity of product availability in visited stores, including competitor products
- Reporting competitor activity including promo and other activities
Horeca
- Monitoring collaboration menu availability or Arummi as option milk
- Check POSM execution in store according to the collaboration agreement
- Check other POSM such as Arummi tent card is well placed in store
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in communication, nutrition, marketing or equivalent work experience
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Love to engage with people
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Open to work outside working hours for activation activities
- Has own vehicle for operational
