About the Role
Hotto is a daily multigrain nutrition drink made for healthy lifestyle. We're looking for someone who share the same vision and wants to learn how to make people stop scrolling for it.
Responsibilities:
- Support preparation and execution of brand activations and roadshows.
- Coordinate product requests, sampling inventory, and activation logistics.
- Support SPG/crew booking and on-ground operational needs.
- Assist with Food Truck and MT activation preparation.
- Coordinate materials, deliveries, venues, vendors, and partners.
- Collect activation data, photos, and supporting documentation.
- Assist with reporting and maintain checklists, documents, and trackers.
Requirements:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable handling multiple tasks.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and willing to support on-ground activations/roadshows.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, especially Excel/Google Sheets.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
