About the Role
We are looking for a driven and proactive Brand Acquisition Executive to identify, approach, and onboard potential brands that will use our TikTok-focused services, including TikTok Live Streaming, TikTok Affiliate, and TikTok Ads Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential brands and businesses suitable for TikTok Live Streaming, TikTok Affiliate, and TikTok Ads services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand owners, marketing teams, and decision-makers
- Present company services, proposals, and customized solutions to prospective clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, ads, live streaming) to ensure smooth client onboarding and execution
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare basic reports on pipeline, leads, and conversion progress
Requirements
- Minimum 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Executive (digital marketing / agency experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding or interest in TikTok system
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with cold outreach
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Willing to work on-site in Pluit, Jakarta Utara
- Wiling to work from Mon - Sat / 6 Days (09:00 - 18:00)
