QUALIFICATIONS:
- Willing to be located in East Surabaya.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Bachelor's degree in Business / Management / Marketing / Communication is preferred.
- Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience working in the Educational Sales Industry
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, staff, and stakeholders
- Showcase the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, fostering strong partnerships and enhancing the overall team dynamic
- Proficiency in English (Speaking and Writing)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Effectively manage your team, providing guidance and support for high performance.
- Conduct regular training to enhance staff professional development and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Implement strategic approaches to meet and exceed center sales targets.
- Provide comprehensive student consultation on study plans, university choices, and English courses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and educational partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for effective promotion of overseas study opportunities.
