Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and profitability targets.
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales objectives.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within target industries and markets.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key account customers and strategic business partners.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand business needs and provide suitable heavy equipment solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms to successfully close sales opportunities.
  • Provide customers with technical consultation regarding heavy equipment specifications, applications, and product advantages.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify opportunities for business expansion.
  • Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast, and customer database using the company's CRM system.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, procedures, and business ethics.
  • Represent the company in customer meetings, exhibitions, industry events, and business presentations.
