Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and profitability targets.
- Lead, coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales objectives.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within target industries and markets.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key account customers and strategic business partners.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand business needs and provide suitable heavy equipment solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms to successfully close sales opportunities.
- Provide customers with technical consultation regarding heavy equipment specifications, applications, and product advantages.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast, and customer database using the company's CRM system.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, procedures, and business ethics.
- Represent the company in customer meetings, exhibitions, industry events, and business presentations.
