PT Pasti Enak, a renowned manufacturer of gourmet cheeses, is expanding its network of retail branches across the country. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team. With a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales, this position offers an exceptional opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys hands-on, you will play and ensuring branch compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

- Managing a team of sales representatives and providing them with the necessary tools and training to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategy and decision-making.

- Collaborating closely with the central management team to align branch operations with overall corporate goals.

To excel in this position, we seek candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in marketing management, sales management, and business strategy. The ideal candidate should be a proactive leader who can inspire and motivate their team while demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
