Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and service-driven Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of our KOKUO Family Massage & Reflexology centers. This role is crucial in ensuring an exceptional customer experience, managing and developing a high-performing team, and achieving operational and sales excellence. We’re looking for a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and customer-centric service.
- Manage and support a team of therapists, frontline staff and other operations staff to maintain high performance and professionalism.
- Monitor and drive branch sales performance while controlling operational costs, including stock and resource management.
- Maintain high standards of Kokuo’s cleanliness, comfort, safety and service at all times.
- Address customer feedback and complaints promptly with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotions and campaigns.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to management.
- Collaborate with HR on staff recruitment, training, and development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in spa, wellness, retail, or other hospitality sectors.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive problem-solving and effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or POS systems is an advantage.
- Available to work on weekends or public holidays as needed.
