Our client, a multinational automotive finance company, is currently looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead its branch operations and drive business growth in Surabaya.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing overall branch performance, business development, sales, and collection activities, while ensuring portfolio quality, profitability, and operational excellence.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
▫️ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
▫️ Minimum 10 years of experience in the multifinance industry.
▫️ Minimum 5 years of experience as a Branch Manager.
▫️ Strong experience managing both Retail and Wholesale Financing businesses.
▫️ Proven track record in driving business growth and achieving branch targets.
▫️ Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
▫️ Solid understanding of sales, marketing, collection, and portfolio management.
▫️ Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
▫️ Strategic mindset with strong business development capabilities.
▫️ English proficiency is preferred.
▫️ Candidates from well-known multifinance companies are highly preferred.
▫️ Experience in captive finance companies will be an advantage.
𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐞
▫️ Lead overall branch operations and business development activities.
▫️ Develop and execute sales, marketing, and collection strategies to achieve business targets.
▫️ Manage branch performance, profitability, and portfolio quality.
▫️ Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, customers, business partners, and OEMs.
▫️ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and financing programs to identify business opportunities.
▫️ Ensure operational excellence and high levels of customer satisfaction.
▫️ Lead, coach, and develop branch team members, including supporting recruitment and team expansion.
▫️ Regularly report branch performance and business plans to Management.
