Job Summary
Responsible for managing branch operations, driving business growth, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving branch performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the branch.
Develop and execute business strategies to achieve branch sales and revenue targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the freight forwarding and logistics market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Monitor branch performance, sales activities, and profitability.
Lead, motivate, and manage branch employees to achieve business objectives.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Pricing, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor customer requirements and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, shipping lines, and other business partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities in the local market.
Prepare regular reports on branch performance, sales, revenue, and operational activities.
Ensure branch activities comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
Identify operational issues and implement appropriate solutions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Shipping industry.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory position.
Strong understanding of freight forwarding operations, shipping, and logistics services.
Proven experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Target-oriented, proactive, and business-minded.
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and business partners.
Good analytical and decision-making skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good command of English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
Willing to be based in Panjang, Lampung.
