Branch Manager MyFundAction Indonesia

Requirements:

  • Business-related bachelor's degree (Management, Marketing, Business Administration or related field)
  • Minimum 3 -5 years work experienced in managerial field
  • Work experience in NGOs is a plus
  • Previous success in managing branch operations or similar management roles
  • Expertise in current business management strategies
  • Track record of achieving business and revenue objectives
  • Comprehensive understanding of sector regulations
  • Advanced organizational and planning skills
  • Strong focus on results and customer service excellence
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and implement youth development programs focusing on education, healthcare, food, and economic empowerment.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of programs, ensuring they align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to a team of program coordinators, volunteers, and support staff.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local government agencies, community leaders, schools, healthcare providers, and other NGOs to enhance collaboration and resource-sharing.
  • Represent the organization in meetings, events, and conferences to promote its mission and initiatives.
  • Develop and manage the branch's budget, ensuring responsible allocation of funds for program activities and operational expenses.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures to achieve financial sustainability.
  • Identify funding opportunities and develop proposals to secure grants and donations for the branch's programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of grants and funding, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.
  • Prepare regular reports on program activities, progress, and outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of beneficiaries, program data, and other relevant information.
  • Engage with the local community to understand their needs and aspirations, ensuring programs are tailored to address specific challenges and opportunities.
  • Organize community events and awareness campaigns to promote the NGO's mission and attract potential beneficiaries and partners.10:10
