We are looking for a Regional Sales Director / Branch Manager who is ready to drive sales, build a strong team, and make an impact in the future of digital education in Indonesia especially in Bandung, Batam, Makassar, Palembang, Pekanbaru

🦄 What We Offer:

- Competitive salary (starting from $600 USD/month + bonuses)

- 5-day work week (10:00 - 19:00), including weekends

💼 What You’ll Do:

🔹 Sales & Business Development

- Manage and grow sales in your region

- Hire, train, and mentor Sales Executives

- Plan and execute sales strategies

- Personally handle key sales deals

🔹 Operations & Team Management

- Supervise Lead Tutors and ensure high retention rates

- Find and manage a physical location for the school

- andle budgeting, legal duties, and administration

- Personally handle key sales deals

- Key Success Metrics (KPIs): Number of sales, Customer acquisition cost, Retention rate, Profit growth

🔹 Marketing & Growth

- Oversee and improve marketing activities

- Identify new marketing opportunities

- Organize and manage offline promotions (events, flyers, etc.)

🎯 Who We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree (Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field)

- 3+ years of experience as a Sales Supervisor, Sales Leader, Sales Director, Branch Manager

- Fluent in English

- Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Data Analysis, CRM Systems, Google Sheets/Excel

- Leadership & Business Mindset

- Goal-oriented & Strategic Thinker

- Initiative-driven & Ambitious
