About the Role
Sempoa SIP Group is looking for a proactive, analytical, and hands-on individual to support the growth and performance of our training centers across Jabodetabek. This role is suitable for candidates who have experience in branch operations, sales, marketing, customer service, education center operations, or business development, especially those who are used to working with targets, teams, customers, and branch performance. As a Branch Manager / Business Development, you will not only manage daily operations, but also analyze center performance, identify growth opportunities, and help execute strategies to improve student enrollment, retention, revenue, and overall service quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and support the daily operations of assigned Sempoa SIP training centers across Jabodetabek.
* Monitor center performance, including student enrollment, retention, revenue, trial class results, and customer feedback.
* Analyze performance data and identify opportunities to improve business results.
* Develop and execute strategies to increase leads, trial class attendance, student registration, and customer retention.
* Ensure each center follows company standards and delivers high-quality service to students and parents.
* Work closely with teachers, admins, and center teams to maintain strong operational performance.
* Support sales and marketing activities to grow the assigned centers.
* Handle operational issues, parent feedback, and service improvement needs.
* Prepare regular reports and provide insights or recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Visit assigned centers regularly and maintain strong coordination with the team.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communication, Education, or other related fields.
* 1–3 years of working experience in branch operations, sales, marketing, business development, customer service, or education center operations.
* Experience in education, learning center, tutoring center, course center, edtech, retail branch, or service-based business is a plus.
* Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working directly in the field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good analytical thinking and comfortable working with numbers, reports, and performance data.
* Customer-focused and able to handle feedback or operational issues professionally.
* Able to coordinate with different teams, including teachers, admins, and management.
* Target-oriented, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Willing to travel frequently and handle high mobility across Jabodetabek.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experienced in managing or supporting branch performance, sales targets, customer experience, or daily operations.
* Familiar with student enrollment, trial class conversion, customer retention, or service quality improvement.
* Comfortable working in a role that combines operations, sales, analysis, and business growth.
* Interested in the education industry and passionate about helping children develop their potential.
