Deskripsi pekerjaan Branch Head PT INDOGAL AGRO TRADING
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Branch Head to lead our new branch in Medan. You will manage operations, drive business growth, and lead sales activities to build our presence from the beginning.
Role Description:
- Help PT Indogal Agro Trading running its new Branch in Medan
- Establish a solid branch operation and set up team to support daily business activities
- Contribute to generate revenue and grow sales, expand customer base, and build local partnerships.
- Support management plan in setting-up the branch
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Medan branch and headquarters
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Branch Head or Sales Manager
- Experienced in the B2B meat or poultry industry is mandatory.
- Proven experience in launching or developing new business units is a strong advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of SOPs and computer.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle complete responsibility for the branch.
- Willing to be based full-time in Medan.
