Deskripsi pekerjaan Branch Coordinator Analyst PT Lippo General Insurance Tbk
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze marketing and branch performance reports to support business decision-making
- Consolidate, validate, and maintain branch data, ensuring the accuracy of reports, dashboards, and documentation
- Serve as the primary liaison between Head Office and branches, coordinating communication and following up on operational and marketing matters
- Support the execution and monitoring of branch marketing initiatives, ensuring timely implementation and progress tracking
- Prepare presentations and management reports for internal stakeholders
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day marketing and branch operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any major; preferably Mathematics, Statistics, or Business
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in data reporting, business support, or marketing operations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data accurately
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear reports and presentation materials
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate insights in a clear and structured manner
