Job Description
- Manage and maintain branch and outlet master data, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timely updates in the system.
- Coordinate and monitor branch and outlet contract administration, including document preparation, renewal tracking, and contract status updates.
- Review and improve outlet management workflows to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with established procedures.
- Collaborate with relevant departments and branch teams to resolve administrative issues, verify data discrepancies, and follow up on outstanding requests.
- Monitor compliance with outlet management procedures, maintain accurate documentation and periodic reports, and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proficient in Mandarin, both written and spoken, to support cross-functional communication.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data processing, and data management.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage data and documentation accurately.
- Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to work collaboratively with multiple teams and manage administrative tasks in a timely manner.
