🚨 HIRING: Branch Analyst | Jakarta

We’re looking for an experienced Branch Analyst to join our Consulting Team and support a banking transformation project with a leading client.

If you have experience in branch strategy, distribution/channel optimization, retail or micro banking, this could be a great opportunity for you! 🚀

🔎 What We're Looking For

✅ 4–5+ years of relevant experience

✅ Experience in Branch Strategy / Distribution Strategy

✅ Strong understanding of Retail or Micro Banking Operations

✅ Experience in Branch & Channel Optimization

✅ Exposure to Branch Productivity & Performance Analysis

✅ Understanding of Target Operating Model (TOM)

✅ Experience assessing branch coverage, roles, service & sales models

✅ Familiarity with customer routing, Mantri, and digital banking channels

✅ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

✅ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

🎯 Your Key Responsibilities

Support branch strategy assessment and recommendations

Analyze and redesign branch & distribution strategies

Assess branch roles, service & sales models, and coverage

Analyze branch productivity and channel performance

Support customer routing and interaction strategy across branches, Mantri, and digital channels

Contribute to operating model and channel optimization initiatives

📍 Project Details

Location: Jakarta

Work Arrangement: WFO – Client Office

Engagement: Contract Dedicated Freelancer / Daily Rate

Working Hours: Following client schedule, approx. 8–12 hours/day
