We are currently looking for experienced banking professionals to support a 30-week branch and micro-credit transformation project.
📍 Location: Client Office, Jakarta Area

⏳ Contract Duration: 30 Weeks
Open Positions:
📌Branch Analyst
Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support branch strategy assessment and recommendation development.
• Assess and redesign branch and distribution strategies, including branch roles, service and sales models, coverage, productivity, and customer routing.
• Evaluate collaboration between branch operations, Mantri, and digital channels.
• Support channel optimization, productivity analysis, and target operating model development.
Preferred Background:
• Experience in retail or micro banking operations.
• Strong exposure to branch strategy, distribution strategy, channel optimization, or productivity analysis.
📌Branch Lead
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the assessment of micro-credit processes and operations.
• Identify improvement opportunities across process, risk policy, technology, and people.
• Facilitate cross-functional diagnosis and prioritize key interventions.
• Develop practical recommendations and translate them into an actionable implementation roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end process redesign and operating model improvement initiatives.
Preferred Background:
• Experience in micro or retail lending, credit operations, or business transformation.
• Strong expertise in process redesign, cross-functional operating models, and implementation planning.
