BPOM & Supply chain lead

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized individual to join our team as a BPOM & Supply Chain Lead. This role will be responsible for managing BPOM registrations, import permits, purchasing activities, international supplier coordination, and warehouse operations. The successful candidate will ensure that all regulatory and import processes comply with Indonesian regulations while overseeing inventory management and daily warehouse activities to maintain smooth and efficient operations. Training and guidance will be provided to support the successful candidate in developing the necessary knowledge and skills to perform this role effectively. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage BPOM ML registration and SKI/INSW import applications.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian food safety and product labelling regulations.
• Coordinate purchasing activities and international suppliers.
• Monitor import shipments, customs clearance, and delivery schedules.
• Oversee warehouse operations, stock control, and Indonesian labelling.
• Supervise and coordinate two warehouse staff.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and operational documentation.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Pharmacy, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Basic understanding of BPOM regulations and food import procedures.
• Experience with BPOM e-Registration and SKI/INSW is a plus.
• Understanding of purchasing, inventory, or warehouse operations.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Willing to work on-site in Jakarta/Tangerang.
