Deskripsi pekerjaan BPO Manager (Mandarin Speaker) PT Bantu Business Service
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with each operations manager on each project
2. Collaborate with the logistics team (including human resources, finance, information technology, etc.)
3. Serve as the principal liaison to clients, responding promptly to their needs and complaints, and forming, leading and motivating teams to develop training systems and talent development programs to enhance the team's professional capabilities
4. Develop indicators of performance evaluation and implement a reward and penalty system
5. Regularly report on project progress and maintain client satisfaction
6. Identify potential business risks and develop contingency plans (e.g. data security, service outages, etc.)
Requirements:
1. Learn about labor laws and market conditions in Indonesia
2. With BPO related work experience, with e-commerce industry experience, with strong trench ability
3. Fluent in both English and Chinese, including spoken and written expression
4. Have at least 2 years of experience as an Operations Manager
5. Minimum level of education: Bachelor's degree (S1)
6. Be honest, resilient, hardworking, and able to withstand pressure
