Job Descriptions:
- Manage manpower requests for courier or non-courier roles by coordinating with vendors, the Recruitment team, and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) vendors
- Maintain the manpower database for turnover reports and conduct gap analysis
- Manage courier partners regarding, but not limited to: attendance recapitulation, requests and recapitulation of warning letters, and escalating partner issues to the HRBP
- Manage BPJS (social security) and private insurance regarding, but not limited to: payment reconciliation, collecting additional documents, and coordinating in the event of unforeseen incidents
- Perform invoice reconciliation
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Management, Law, or other relevant majors
- At least 2 years of work experience as HR, Vendor Management, Procurement, or Sales
- Proficient in operating Ms. Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, SUM IF)
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills
- Enjoy daily operational work that tends to be repetitive and administrative
- Willing to work mobile around the placement area
- Willing to be placed according to the assignment with 5 full working days in the office
