We are seeking a dedicated Bookkeeping & Tax Staff with strong attention to detail to support our growing team in South Jakarta.
Job Description:
1. Record daily transactions (sales, purchases, cash & bank).
2. Create journal entries and perform bank reconciliations.
3. Prepare monthly and annual financial reports (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Cash Flow).
4. Calculate, prepare, and report taxes (Income Tax Articles 21, 23, 25, 4(2), and VAT).
5. Prepare and submit periodic and annual tax returns.
6. Neatly file financial and tax documents.
Requirements:
1. Hold a minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Accounting / Taxation / Finance, or a related field.
2. Have at least 2 years of experience in Accounting & Tax; prior experience in a tax consulting firm is an advantage.
3. Capable of communicating in English for correspondence and reporting.
4. Proficient in accounting software such as Odoo / Accurate / Zahir / or similar systems, and strong in Microsoft Excel.
5. Demonstrate a proactive attitude, strong initiative, the ability to work dynamically, and solution-oriented.
