Qualifications:
* Must be currently based and residing in Bali.
* Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in a similar Finance / Accounting position, preferably within the hospitality industry.
* Previous experience in hotels, resorts, villas, or other hospitality businesses is highly preferred.
* Strong understanding of daily financial operations, accounting procedures, and revenue control.
* Familiar with POS, PMS, OTA platforms, OTA reconciliation, and payment processing.
* Experienced in reconciling daily revenue, investigating discrepancies or variances, and monitoring different revenue streams.
* Able to prepare and assist in developing accurate financial reports, daily revenue reports, and other management reports.
* Familiar with accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash handling, bank reconciliation, and general ledger processes.
* Knowledge of hotel revenue management and reconciliation between PMS, POS, OTA platforms, and payment gateways is an advantage.
* Ensure accurate recording and documentation of all financial transactions.
* Ensure full compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
* Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to identify financial discrepancies.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and comfortable working with financial data and reports.
* Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality of financial information.
* Good communication and coordination skills with other departments, especially Front Office, F&B, and Management.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
* Willing to work according to hospitality operational requirements, including weekends and public holidays when required.
* Honest, responsible, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
* Available to start according to the company's requirements.
