We’re looking for a bookkeeper to join our team located at Meruya, Jakarta Barat
As Bookkeeper you’ll manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate records, assisting the admin manager and the accounting.
Requirements as Bookkeeper (Junior level):
• Diploma 3 graduate majoring in accounting
• Female, aged 21–26 years old.
• Two years of work experience as a bookkeeper is preferred
• A mastery of the basics of accounting and bookkeeping
• Able to use computer applications related to bookkeeping, such as Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
• Analytical, numerical, and detail-oriented skills
• High integrity, work ethic, and responsibility
• A minimum of passive English language skills
• A bookkeeper competency certificate is an advantage
• Able to use online or offline accounting software, such as Mayob, is an advantage
• Preferably living in West Jakarta or surrounding areas
Job Description:
Ensure all documentation is properly filed and organized:
• Recording daily transactions (sales, purchases, payments, receipts)
• Recording financial transactions
• Reconciling bank accounts
• Maintaining general ledger
• Supporting monthly and yearly closing processes with financial reporting and audits, for tax filling and annual audit
