A Wellness Center in Tabanan, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Body Work and Wellness Practioner (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily PRAVILO practice on yourself to build body awareness and strength
- Shadow sessions with senior practitioners
- Learn and master the PRAVILO protocol, including 30+ positions, breathing techniques, and contraindications
- Study functional anatomy, including fascia, spine, hip flexors, and deep stabilizers
- Develop the ability to “hold space” through presence, voice, pacing, and silence
- Complete and pass progressive evaluations throughout the training program
- Lead individual and small-group sessions professionally and confidently
- Adapt sessions to suit different client needs, including injuries, body types, and energy levels
- Deliver high-quality client experiences with strong attention to safety and detail
- Contribute to a positive and supportive studio environment
Requirements: - Proven working experience as a Body Work and Wellness Practioner or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Physically fit and healthy — able to conduct 3–5 sessions per day after certification
- Passionate about movement, body awareness, and physical activities (e.g. gym, dance, sports, etc.)
- Background in yoga, dance, bodywork, massage therapy, martial arts, gymnastics, climbing, surfing, personal training, or consistent personal practice is a plus (not mandatory)
- Coachable with a strong willingness to learn and practice fundamentals consistently
