Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to fairness and accuracy.
- Demonstrated interest in technology and its ethical application to business solutions.
- Excellent command of the English language, with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI) and project management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, embodying perseverance and respect in all interactions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, or cloud computing.
