We are looking for an experienced Senior BIM Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will lead digital modeling workflows, maintain model precision, and integrate technical data across phases to ensure efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- 3D BIM Modeling: Develop, manage, and refine detailed 3D BIM models following project standards and technical specifications.
- Engineering Drawings: Produce accurate and high-quality production/construction drawings generated directly from BIM models.
- Quantity Take-off & BoM: Extract reliable Quantity Take-Offs (QTO) and Bills of Materials (BoM) directly from the model database.
- 4D Schedule Integration: Link 3D BIM models with project construction schedules to enable time-location simulation and progress monitoring.
- Model Quality & Coordination: Perform clash detection and resolve design discrepancies across architectural and structural disciplines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in reading, interpreting, and producing comprehensive engineering drawings.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
- Active professional competency certification (SKA / SKK Ahli Muda) in a relevant field (Civil, Architecture, or BIM).
