Deskripsi pekerjaan BIM Modeler MEP PT.CABLENET FIBER DATA
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed 2D and 3D models of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems using Revit, AutoCAD, or other BIM tools
- Generate construction documents, detailed drawings, and shop drawings from 3D models for on-site use
- Identify and resolve clashes between MEP systems and other building elements using clash detection tools
- Ensure all MEP components are accurately modelled with correct dimensions, materials, and technical specifications
- Review models and drawings for accuracy and compliance with project standards, codes, and applicable regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation of models, revisions, and updates; prepare modelling process reports as required
- Coordinate with the MEP design team on design changes and modifications based on client or field requirements
- Support site coordination by updating models based on actual field conditions
- Liaise and coordinate with BIM Coordinators and other modelers to resolve routing and installation conflicts
- Stay updated with the latest BIM standards, modelling techniques, and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field, with strong knowledge and experience in MEP drafting or BIM Modeling
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in M&E drafting using AutoCAD and/or Revit, within construction or infrastructure projects
- Experience in data center or network infrastructure projects is a plus
- Able to communicate in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of MEP systems and data center-specific infrastructure is an advantage
