We are looking for a Billing Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in financial operations
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Assist in preparing and issuing invoices to clients
- Track and follow up on outstanding payments
- Maintain accurate billing records and documentation
- Support the finance team with reconciliations and data entry
- Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and customer inquiries
- Help improve billing processes for efficiency
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Fresh Graduates with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Proficiency in English skills both written and verbal.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets.
- Aptitude in problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
