Job Summary:
As an Operations Analyst L2, you will play a key role in ensuring high data quality and integrity standards, enriching customer datasets, and improving operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and ensure the completeness and integrity of customer datasets.
- Enrich customer-supplied data with external sources to improve data quality.
- Validate and fine-tune the algorithmic job process, ensuring consistent data mapping.
- Monitor and improve existing datasets and ETL processes throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational processes and optimize workflows.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and deployment.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to identify underlying issues in data processes and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Use advanced SQL techniques and PySpark scripting to automate data processing tasks and perform complex data transformations.
- Implement shell scripting to streamline operational workflows and ensure efficient data handling.
- Mentor and guide L1 team members, providing technical expertise and support.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of Python, PySpark, and ETL frameworks (NiFi, Flink, Airflow).
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, Excel, Hive, and Hadoop.
- Experience in root cause analysis and troubleshooting data-related issues.
- Strong scripting skills (Shell, Python, etc.) for automation.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of data quality processes.
