Job Summary:
As an Operations Analyst L1, you will be responsible for supporting the operations team in ensuring data completeness and integrity, enriching customer-supplied information, and maintaining high data quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in analyzing customer datasets to ensure data completeness and integrity.
- Support the enrichment of customer-supplied information with external data sources to improve data accuracy.
- Validate and assist in fine-tuning the results of the algorithmic job process.
- Monitor existing datasets and ETL processes throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product and Customer Success to improve operational processes
- Work with the cross functional team to get the issue resolved in the pipeline.
- Identify the key issues and report them to L2 members.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in ETL frameworks like NiFi, Flink, and Airflow.
- Solid understanding of SQL, Excel, Hive, and Hadoop.
- Basic knowledge of Python and PySpark.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with different teams effectively.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
