Deskripsi pekerjaan Beverage R&D Technologist PT ShundaFlavor Nusantara
Key Responsibilities:
- New Product Development: be responsible for the concept design, formula development, flavor blending, stability testing, and cost estimation of new beverage products (juices, tea, plant-based beverages, etc.);
- Technical Problem-Solving: identify and resolve technical challenges arising during the lab phase and production scale-up (e.g., stability, taste, flavor reduction degree), and optimize the formulas and production processes of existing products;
- Production Support: assist in completing the pilot test verification and trial production of new products, formulate parameters and standards of production processes, provide technical supports for the production department, and ensure the smooth transformation of R&D achievements;
- Cross-functional Collaboration: work closely with the marketing, supply chain, production, and market departments to promote the high-quality completion of R&D projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Food Science or other related fields; minimum 2 years of R&D experience within the beverage industry; complete experience in leading or participation in the successful launch of beverage products preferred;
- Expertise in beverage formulation design, sensory evaluation methodologies, and stability testing;
- Familiar with beverage production equipment (e.g., homogenizer, UHT sterilizer), workflows, and quality management systems (e.g., HACCP, ISO);
- Understand the application of food additives, flavor blending techniques, and relevant national food & beverage regulations and standards;
- Excellent innovation ability, analytical and problem-solving abilities, project management skills, and communication and coordination abilities, as well as a keen insight into market trends.
