Beverage Production & Canning Operator

Atman Teas is a modern tea beverage company currently developing functional RTD canned tea products inspired by Indonesian tea culture, calm focus, and modern design.

We are looking for a hands-on technical operator to help build the foundation of our product development and beverage operations from the ground up. This is a highly physical, manufacturing role. You will be operating heavy brewing equipment, managing pasteurization batches, running packaging machinery, and helping build the operational systems for our pilot production facility.

Responsibilities

• Execute pilot-scale RTD beverage production, covering brewing, filtration, and pasteurization.
• Operate semi-automatic packaging equipment, including filling, dosing, and can seaming.
• Maintain strict production hygiene, equipment sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Record detailed production data, track inventory, and support quality control monitoring.
• Assist in beverage R&D trials and process improvements.
• Help develop, refine, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Food Technology/Science, OR equivalent vocational (SMK) background with hands-on F&B experience.
• Physical stamina for an active, fast-paced production floor environment.
• Comfortable working hands-on with production equipment and packaging workflows.
• Strict attention to detail, hygiene, and discipline in following SOPs.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable in an early-stage startup environment.
• Be able to work alone.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with RTD beverage production
• Experience with pasteurization, filling, packaging, or food processing equipment
• Experience in food or beverage manufacturing environments
• Experience with quality control or quality assurance systems
• FMCG manufacturing experience is a strong advantage
