WE ARE HIRING: BEHAVIOR THERAPIST (ABA THERAPIST)
📍 South Jakarta
Enreach Behavioral Services is a therapy center providing psychological and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children aged 2–14 with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental needs. Our programs are supervised by internationally certified BCBAs with extensive experience across the US, Australia, and Indonesia.
We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team and grow as professional therapists.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy sessions (center-based dan Home -Based)
- Facilitate group social skills sessions (Saturday)
- Collect and record behavioral data
- Implement treatment plans and behavior interventions
- Collaborate with BCBA supervisors
- Assist in client assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, etc.)
- Maintain professionalism with clients and families
- Attend training, supervision, and team meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/Education OR min. 3 years teaching experience
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Willing to conduct home-based therapy
- Experience with children (preferred)
- Available Monday–Saturday (flexible)
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and open to feedback
- Passionate about working with children with ASD
