- Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to team sales objectives.
- Build genuine and strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
- Build rewarding partnerships in the local community to drive sales.
- Recommend and sell all Beauty products.
- Participate in and help organise store events, designed to promote brand image, awareness and maximise sales.
- Assist with inventory and operational tasks.
- Provide daily/weekly reports, when required.
- Be a true ambassador of the brand.
- Proven retail experience, preferably within beauty, ideally skincare.
- Ability to provide genuine and personalised customer service.
- Demonstrate professional treatment consultation and application; advise and recommend on skincare regimes for client needs
- Proven track record of achieving sales and customer service targets.
- Attention to detail, takes initiative and enjoys working in a positive environment.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Works well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that requires multi-tasking with minimal supervision.
- Ability to learn and utilise online clientelling tools and software
- Able to work store hours including early and late shifts including weekdays, weekends & bank holidays.
- Able to travel and work at Jakarta store locations and events.
