Beauty Consultant (Aesthetic Clinic)

Requirement :

1. women
2. Maximum 32 years old
3. At least diploma degree
4. Experience as Beauty Consultant or at least work experience on sales field
5. experience on aesthetic clinic will be an advantage
6. Excellent on communication, selling, & promotion skills
7. Interested with aesthetic industry

Responsibilities :

1. Provide personalized beauty consultations and recommend suitable treatments based on customers’ needs and concerns
2. Identify potential customers, understand their beauty concerns, and offer appropriate treatment solutions.
3. Actively seek and identify potential customers through various channels, including referrals, social media, databases, events, and other promotional activities.
4. Conduct customer acquisition and follow up with potential customers through effective communication and promotional approaches, with the goal of converting prospects into clinic visits.
5. Encourage and schedule appointments for potential customers to visit the clinic for consultations and treatments.
6. Achieve individual sales targets through effective consultation, upselling, cross-selling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
7. Promote the clinic’s treatments, packages, and ongoing promotions to prospective and existing customers.
8. Follow up with customers to encourage repeat visits, treatment continuation, and customer loyalty.
9. Maintain customer databases and monitor prospect pipelines, follow-up activities, appointment bookings, and sales performance.
