Beauty Advisor

Responsibilities:

1. Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Provide product consultation and recommendations based on customer needs
3. Explain product benefits, usage, and key features
4. Achieve individual and team sales targets
5. Conduct upselling and cross-selling activities
6. Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the store/display area
7. Ensure product availability and stock readiness in the selling area
8. Support promotional events and brand activities
9. Prepare daily sales reports if required
10. Build and maintain good relationships with customers to improve customer loyalty

Qualifications:

1. Minimum High School/Vocational High School graduate
2. Experience as a Beauty Advisor or Beauty Sales Promoter is preferred
3. Strong communication and selling skills
4. Good appearance and confident personality
5. Basic knowledge of makeup and skincare
6. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
