Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and offer products to customers while providing recommendations based on their needs.
• Achieve and maintain the store's sales targets.
• Ensure store operations comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including stock accuracy (zero loss), inbound and return processes, cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising readiness.
• Monitor team performance, conduct daily briefings, and support team evaluation and competency development.
• Ensure every customer receives friendly, professional, and brand-standard service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Confident, outgoing, and communicative.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience with a passion for the beauty industry.
• Disciplined, target-driven, and results-oriented.
