About the role
This is a Beauty Therapist/Aesthetic Therapist position responsible for delivering professional beauty and aesthetic treatments in accordance with brand standards and standard operating procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Perform treatments according to SOP and brand instructions
- Prepare treatment tools, materials, and space before and after use
- Maintain cleanliness, sterilise tools, and uphold hygiene standards
- Provide friendly, professional service focused on customer satisfaction
- Educate customers about treatment procedures and post-treatment care
- Record treatment results and complete required administration
- Ensure customer safety and comfort during treatment
- Maintain confidentiality of customer data and information
- Support availability and proper use of treatment products and materials
- Comply with all SOPs, regulations, and operational standards
About you
- Experience as a Beauty Therapist/Aesthetic Therapist (required)
- Beauty competency certificate (preferred)
- Neat and professional appearance
- Communicative and customer service oriented
- Willing to work shift system, including weekends and public holidays if required
- Able to achieve company-determined targets
