Batching Plant Operator

Qualifications

1. Minimum education of Vocational High School (SMK), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1-3years of experience in a batching plant or ready-mix concrete operation with a solid understanding of concrete production processes.
3. Strong knowledge of Job Mix Formula (JMF), material weighing, concrete mixing, quality control, and batching plant software operation.
4. Proficient in computer operation with good communication and coordination skills, and able to work accurately, responsibly, and with attention to detail.
5. Willing to work in a project/site environment, physically fit, and knowledgeable in implementing occupational health and safety (HSE) procedures.

1. Operate the batching plant according to the production schedule and ensure material weighing and mixing processes comply with standard operating procedures (SOP).
2. Ensure concrete is produced according to the approved Job Mix Formula (JMF), monitor concrete quality, and make necessary adjustments to meet quality standards.
3. Monitor the availability of raw materials and coordinate with the warehouse, QC, mechanics, and dispatch team to ensure smooth production operations.
4. Record production data, material consumption, batch tickets, and daily operational reports accurately and in a timely manner.
5. Perform pre-start and post-operation equipment inspections, maintain a clean work area, and report any equipment malfunctions or operational issues promptly.
