The role of Bartender at Tavern Group involves a wide range of responsibilities that contribute to the seamless operation of our bar. You will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and speed. Ensuring the highest standards of customer service is a priority, and you will interact directly with guests to understand their preferences and provide them with a delightful experience. Working closely with your colleagues, you will collaborate to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Additionally, you will manage inventory, ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, and contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the bar area.

To be successful in this role, we seek candidates who possess a minimum of an SMA/SMK education level and have between one and three years of experience in a similar position. Strong skills in customer service, teamwork, drink preparation, and communication are essential for this position. You should be able to work well under pressure, remain calm in high-demand situations, and demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent service.
