Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and quality standards.
- Create cocktails and other beverages with consistent taste, presentation, and quality.
- Maintain bar cleanliness, hygiene, and organization at all times.
- Ensure proper stock control, inventory management, and minimal beverage wastage.
- Monitor beverage supplies and communicate replenishment needs to management.
- Provide excellent guest service and recommend beverages based on guest preferences.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of bar equipment, tools, and glassware.
- Follow beverage recipes, standard operating procedures, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Assist with bar setup, opening preparations, and closing procedures.
