Position : Bartender
Key Responsibilities :
Prepare and serve beverages with precision, consistency, and care
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and setup standards of the bar area
Coordinate with service and kitchen teams for smooth, timely delivery
Understand drink recipes, ingredients, and presentation — every detail counts
Engage guests at the bar with warm, respectful, and professional interaction
Monitor stock, handle basic bar prep, and follow hygiene & safety standards
What We’re Looking For :
A passion for bartending as a craft, not just a task
Strong attention to detail — from glassware to garnish
Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
Good time management and multitasking skills
Professional attitude, discipline, and reliability
Requirements :
Maximum age: 28 years old
Minimum 1 year experience as a bartender or bar crew (restaurant, café, or bar)
Knowledge of alcohol, classic cocktails & non-alcoholic beverages
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (English is a plus)
Neat appearance, good communication, and positive work attitude
