Bartender

Job Description

1. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, signature drinks, and seasonal specials
2. Create a welcoming and fun atmosphere for guests, ensuring they have an enjoyable experience
3. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our drink menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and flavor profiles
4. Assist in developing new cocktail recipes and contribute ideas for menu updates
5. Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
6. Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP guidelines
7. Collaborate with other bar and restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations
8. Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
9. Monitor alcohol consumption of patrons and practice responsible serving
10. Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Qualifications

1. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity in Fine Dinning Restaurant
2. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
3. Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
4. Extensive knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and cocktail recipes
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
6. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
7. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
8. Positive attitude and enthusiasm for creating memorable guest experiences
9. Team player willing to support colleagues across different areas of service
10. Knowledge of local liquor laws and commitment to responsible alcohol service
11. Food Handler's certification or willingness to obtain one
