As a Bartender at Sandpiper Bali, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customers' experience. Your key responsibilities include preparing a variety of drinks, ensuring high standards of service, and maintaining a clean and efficient work area. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, assisting in the preparation of food items, and contributing to the overall ambiance of the cafe. Effective communication with both colleagues and customers, as well as the ability to work well in a team, are essential. Additionally, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent time management skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure smooth operations.

To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess a minimum of an SMA/SMK education level and have between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service and teamwork skills, along with proficiency in tea art and drink preparation. A passion for public speaking and beverage shop supervision is also beneficial. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage time effectively are crucial for success in this position.
