Bartender Requirements:
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender or in a similar hospitality role.
- Intermedate to strong knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, classic cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and mocktails.
- Ability to prepare and serve beverages consistently according to recipes and quality standards.
- Understanding of beverage presentation, garnish techniques, and guest service etiquette.
- Basic to intermediate flair bartending and mixology skills are an advantage.
- Familiarity with inventory control, stock rotation, and bar hygiene procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and service standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Recommend beverages and provide product knowledge to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bar area at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management and ordering requirements.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of beverages, ingredients, and bar equipment.
- Process guest orders accurately and efficiently.
- Follow responsible alcohol service practices and comply with local regulations.
- Assist in developing seasonal cocktails, signature drinks, and beverage promotions when required.
- Collaborate with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve service-related issues when appropriate
